Leadership Workshops

Our workshops in leadership are also based upon successful innovated best practices - such as:

• Initially, an in-depth review of the agencies current Vision, Mission, Core Values, and their Policing Philosophy, how each have been developed, (participation levels, training efforts, implementation strategies, Accountability measures and finally evaluation efforts to measure successes.) This baseline review is necessary to establish a path and steps moving forward which is unique to each agency we are working with.
• We are also currently aware of Best Practices in all areas of law enforcement and attempt to overlay these current best practices in all the leadership skills we introduce or modify. This blending of individual leadership skill development along with the re-alignment of organizational leadership accepted traits and behaviors is essential to improve the individual leaders and the direction of a newly improved focused organization.
• Our process also involves individual confidential interviews, team building sessions with various ranks and groups of employees in identifying areas where leadership improvements are needed.
• Additionally, our team has developed several in-depth Case Studies in effective leadership as well as a comprehensive overview and discussion of the Dimensions and Elements of Community Policing.
• All the above potential offerings are based upon our initial assessment of the organizations Vision, Mission Statement, and established Core Values, which, most often leads to the leadership skills value-based implemented, followed or revisited in order to guide and direct the employees and the organization toward a consistent focused, value based leadership philosophy which improves individual leadership skills throughout the organization.
